This notice is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

The provision of data is mandatory and necessary to respond to requests and to contact the sender for clarification on the reported matters. The personal data provided by users will be used for the purpose of shipping and for processing studies and statistical research, including in the context of evaluating spending review reports. Personal data will be processed lawfully and fairly and will not be communicated to third parties outside of the shipping process. The collected data may be disclosed in an anonymous form and may be used for reports and statistical purposes. The data will be processed using electronic tools. Data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period no longer than the completion of the investigation and evaluations related to the communication. Appropriate security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.

The data processing related to the information request form takes place at the municipality’s office and is managed by staff working at the office responsible for data processing.

The data subjects have the right to exercise the rights set forth in Article 15 of the GDPR and, where applicable, the rights set forth in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right of rectification, Right to erasure, Right to restriction of processing, Right to data portability, Right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
